services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these
Terms, you may not access the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

GEO SEO Lab provides a comprehensive SEO analysis platform that includes:

• Website SEO auditing and analysis
• Keyword tracking and rank monitoring
• Competitor analysis and benchmarking
• Backlink analysis and monitoring
• Performance reporting and analytics
• API access for integration with other tools

The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different tiers offering varying levels of functionality
and usage limits. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
with or without notice.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts created by minors will be terminated immediately.

Billing Disputes:

Ownership:

• All trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property
• You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service

License:

• API access is subject to separate terms and rate limits

User Content:

• You represent that you have rights to all content you upload

Effect of Termination:

Indemnification:

• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use
• You agree to indemnify us against your violation of these Terms
• This indemnification survives termination of these Terms

• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts
